Service Evaluation - Outcomes and Impact
At Rethink Mental Illness services we routinely collect outcome data in a way that facilitates a holistic engagement with the person’s life situation, addressing areas of need and building on individual strengths. Discussions about personal goals and outcomes are part of our person-centred approach and allow our staff to build supportive and empowering relationships with people using our services.
Our approach to outcome and evidence capture reflects the organisational commitment to and passion for understanding people’s concerns and offer expertise in building hope.
We aim to set the standard for best practice in our field, and there is still much we can do better. We seek to simplify and streamline required data capture. Evidence needs to be accessible to all involved stakeholders, clearly demonstrating where we are doing well and where we can do better.
