Service Evaluation - Community Health Networks
This is a mixed methods research study examining how people who experience ‘severe mental illness’ build and use ‘community health networks’ to support their health and wellbeing. It investigates at all aspects of community networks, including social and personal resources as well as the use of health and social care services. We are seeking to understand how individuals and organisations interconnect to support physical and mental health for people who experience ‘severe mental illness’. The project is hosted by Plymouth University and is led by researchers at the McPin Foundation. It will be completed in October 2013.
