The Evaluation Team supports high quality data capture, analysis and reporting in relation to our services operating across England.
- Outcomes and impact: We work closely with service staff and managers and colleagues in other departments to develop routine data capture tools and are assisting the introduction of an organisation-wide database.
- Service satisfaction: We analyse service data and satisfaction feedback from people using our services, and produce high-quality reports for a range of audiences.
- Service user involvement: We work closely in collaboration with people who have personal experience of using mental health services.
- External collaboration: We collaborate with academic partners to ensure best practice and provide critical external perspectives on service evaluation.
