    Just read your about me...I suffer the same but i don't self harm,things can get better,but you have to want them too,i coped by working giving myself little time to think about myself and why i felt so down,What my wife would say," get on with it,just do it".and don't think what others might think of you.

    I'm alright thanks. A little worn out with too much work but coping. You know, I had a very nasty injury to my spine years ago and live with it to this day but the back will in time build muscle around it's weakness and that can help. Her back will probably stiffen somewhat. You can always email me if you want to talk more at any time. My love to her, I know how much it hurts.love to you both. :)

    Of course you are struggling, it is a hard thing to see someone you love in pain. You will manage though, you have no choice. All that moving must have been tiring for her poor back. I am very sorry. Big hug from Mias to you both.
