    The lamb... one of the guitar players I am working with used to be a tour chef for Groove Armada so this is one of his ideas. The lamb is not marinaded, and is cooked in a deep frying pan. The trick is to pour in half a cup of pineapple juice when the lamb is nearly done, turn up the heat and reduce it to a thick sauce. Yums!

    Now that sounds lovely to me :) I have heard of Jerk chicken but not Jerk lamb, I guess you just marinaid some lamb? Now I am hungry.
