    Yes, they say that we need it to rain until Xmas for it to help. I rather hope it doesn't though. I would like a little bit of summer this year.

    Hey Spartikus, just wanted to say thanks again for pointing me towards that info the other day. Thought that blog post on reality testing was particularly good - it explained it in a v non medical, plain English way, which was great for me, being a bit of a newbie to all this.
