I'm amazed by how much I've done in the past two days. To think that just last week I was having suicidal thoughts and attempting. Do you think this is normal? Many thanks! x

1. Phoning up about support accommodation for those with mental illness
2. Looking for flats which accept housing benefit - arranging a viewing for one
3. Looking into benefits and what I could do to make up for the financial short comings
4. Skype interviews with French family and now been made a job offer
5. Arranging appointment with Careers Advice people at Uni tomorrow
6. Appointment with Dr on Thurs
7. Appointment with first ever Care Coordinator on Fri, then flat viewing
8. Revision - although, concentration still v patchy
9. Replying to e-mails (something I fail at when depressed), confirming appointment for next week
10. Looking at some support sites I was given from Duty Worker re depression and the like
11. Doing exercise in the past two days. Nothing today as had horrible sinus pain
12. Socialising more with the housemates as opposed to being a moody grump as when I'm depressed!
13. Picking up prescriptions today (even if a week old). Seriously struggle with that when depressed
