Thank you guys, I would like to add here that I suffer from PTSD, depression, anxiety attacks and panic attacks, so sometimes I do go very quiet, just recently, including today I have had a few good days, but I always am aware that things do change and I do change, I know that everyone here have had a lot to deal with, it's just that I find it difficult to communicate sometimes. I recently came out of hospital after taking a massive overdose consisting of citalopram, pregabalin and propanalolol, I did actually die and was brought back to life by the hospital, I also slowed my heart to 50 beats a minute, so that is a bit about me, but just a tiny bit.

I am trying to be more honest and open about my own mental health in order to help others with their mental health because for me the stigma and prejudice of having the illness is worse than the illness itself!
That's why I took the PLEDGE to help end Mental Health Discrimination!
