Start saving money and looking into grants to train as a stress management consultant. That will help you in your personal life and give you something to train as. Go on the ISMA website to find out more about validated courses.
Otherwise sign up at your local college for a cousnelling course.
All the BEst
stress management training can start with as little as 3 hours (st john ambulance).
Also, if you find it difficult sticking to things do cieh food hygiene or health and safety courses. They are valuable and only take a day or two to complete.

Vision2Learn (http://www.vision2learn.com/) have a number of free online NVQ courses available; I studied their E-Commerce courses at levels 2 and 3 as part of my first steps towards recovery. The range of courses varies from time to time, so it is worth registering and checking back to see what they have to offer.
