Its days like this when it hits me my life may always be this way. Forever scared of falling into this black hole. How am I meant to know reality when what I see and hear is as real as the next thing? Constantly crying, I can understand why some people can’t take it anymore. I know ending it just transfers pain, the pain doesn’t disappear. But sometimes I wonder how I can go on like this. My head is so loud and I feel like I’m falling. The only thing that helps is helping people, caring for people. If I didn’t have that I don’t know what I’d do. I feel like screaming I JUST WANT OUT. I am so scared of my image as a happy optimistic person falling, if it falls I feel like i'll have no defenses. Today is not a good day. What does everyone else do on a bad day? (apart from take their meds :P lol)

Oh wow, what to do on bad days hmmmm.

Well I've tried hiding in bed, crying a lot oh and so much more crap!

So what helps me... A walk outdoors, some drawing, talking to someone who cares, and lately a little meditation, giving myself a little space to realise that today will pass, eventually.

Do you have any hobbies?
