Yes, I agree with manic, you do need some help so your partner needs to know you are struggling, infact it would probably be best you let anyone close to you know, I would think they will have already noticed things are not right but sometimes it helps to try to explain, they should understand. It can't be easy for you doing all these things and pregnant too .
The sitting there and not being able to get yourself going " on pause" " stuck in my mind" sounds like you are really depressed/worried about stuff.
Try the getting help from a loved one first, don't take on anything too much or extra to what you need to do and possibly do something nice that you can enjoy, something simple and not too tiring, see if that helps lift your spirit a little.
How are you this evening?

I live in my own little world. But it's OK, everyone knows me here.

I am sorry that you are feeling so low, but you are growing a baby and looking after a 7 year old. Can you make a list of all the things that you can either delegate or ignore? Feeling like everything is running away from your control must be horrible and you sound so tired. Your priority is to yourself and your unborn baby, you need calm and a relaxed place to be pregnant. Is your 7 year old at school and if so could someone pick her up once a week when you could make some time to relax with some music, tv or book. I am afraid in this world it seems that you have to work out what you need and then work out how to get it, otherwise people will let you do more and more and more and more................until you are worn out and probably depressed.
I hope you feeling better today. I am afraid I am having an alnight no night, no sleep ............. drives me nuts and then I will be feeling like death tomorrow morning.
Love x

Hi angel_eyes,
Firstly! Your not alone. None of us who go through tough times truly are because there is always someone out there who can understand your point of view. Thankfully you've found this site which is a major support network for you to start with!
I struggle myself and continue to struggle because I have no loved ones close enough to me that I can talk to because to be honest they're mental health issues are even worse in more ways than one but moreso because they are not even aware that they too are suffering!
So my advice would be this; if you cannot speak to anyone close to you for whatever reason then I would research mental health charity's in your area! If you are not sure how then you can simple google it for your local area.
The hardest step is the first and you have already made that by posting on this site so well done for having the courage to do that!
I hope this helps in some way.
Take care x x
