Will do that - thanks for the suggestion!

I should be there at the Monday opening, as well as parts of Tuesday & Thursday - it would be great to give you - as well as anyone else here - a tour of the exhibition. :)

CALL OUT FOR ART

There is still some space for further works to be accepted for the

WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY ART EXHIBITION at
Wimbledon Library Gallery from 10th to 15th October 2011

Work must be submitted NO LATER than 7TH OCTOBER
To submit your work, please contact Laurie on 020 8408 1614

The only condition is to be a client of Merton mental health services.
There is 0% buying and selling commission.

In association with Imagine Mental Health (Merton) and London Borough of Merton.

I hope it is all going really well for you all. The art looks great. Did anyone from here show any of there art work? or were they unable to as not Merton based.

Looks like we will have another exhibition this October, with the active participation of Merton Libraries! Saturday morning workshops throughout the summer and early autumn seem also set to go ahead … more news as it comes.

How nice. I especially like the sound of the work shops during the Summer. Many more places should get involved and arrange the same. Good luck with it all.

Thanks for your kind thoughts. I plan to approach the adult MH groups in the borough to encourage participation; the Libraries (and thereby the council) are onside, which should help …
