i like the site it promotes recovery from those with inner experience . its personal and a grt way of empowering the suffer giving each other the feeling they are not alone .wen ppl get together and connect it makes those ppl stronger and a more potent force. we are the voice for each other and together we can reach out and b heard! i love the way it fights stigma and intolerance and carers and partners have a voice too . its a positive site and making a difference to lives !

I agree with Tinny it is a great site. I have been here a while now and it has made me realize that there are people out there with similar illnesses as me. I can be open with my posts, to a degree anyway, I wouldn't want to put anything that might upset someone. I have to say that it has helped with my feeling a lot better, I still have my bad days obviously, but when I come on here I know for a fact that there are people here that won't laugh at me, judge me or even take take the mick.

Thank you Rethink
