These mental illneses often cause small things to distract us from our tasks. Tell me about it? but I've found this application that removes the clutter around what your reading on the web. I'm not sure how useful it will be but for there does seem to be the potential for a lot of help with this kind of apllication?

Instapaper can be combined with readibility, above, to produce a useful reference archive without ads and clutter.

If you want to prevent identity theft or unknown agents, state or otherwise, from tracking you down then your username(s) require some thought.

Here is a site that lets you test a username for anonymity before using it.

Your username has an "entropy" (specifically, Information Surprisal) of 17.38 bits. Based on our estimations, your username appears non identifying on the Internet. However, it is identifying in a population of 170569 people.

Good or bad?

Plug a few names in and see how the numbers behave?

This is turbaniser - it is really quite neat, and inclusive. It's the Sikh religion so the turban may contain a comb and other sharp implement? :)

If you want to be creative and have some image manipulation software this 'transparent desktop' trick looks a great way to confuse your CPN. ;)

How good is that! Can't work out the one with the arm. Are you going to have a go and do your own?

I could use something like photoshop but don't want to buy. Any ideas? I want to be able to put some wording onto an image before printing out. Like a card. ?

Hey :)

Thank you for that. That is interesting as I do believe I have it downloaded on here already as some of my pictures are on it. I am pretty useless with these things as I am naughty and don't sit and read how to do stuff! :)

I will remember that though and give it a try.
