How we can help

When your brother or sister has been diagnosed with a mental illness, it has an effect on everyone in the family and it can often be a confusing and difficult time. Finding out more about mental illness, the support available to you and your family and talking to others can make things easier.

Teenage girls and boysWe are creating a young siblings steering group for siblings aged 14-25 who want to help design the young siblings programme.

We will also be holding young sibling workshops for siblings aged 14-25. The workshop will provide you with useful information to better understand mental health and have your own needs supported in a group-based, interactive, fun environment.
