Get involved
There are lots of ways in which you might like to get involved with Rethink Siblings. Below are some suggestions – if you have other ideas, you can email us at siblings@rethink.org.
Write a blog
You can help other siblings by talking about your own experiences. If you would like to write for the siblings blog please email us at siblings@rethink.org with "siblings blog" in the title field of your email and we will contact you with more information.
Tell us about your experience with a video diary
You can also share your experiences by creating a video diary or short video,
a great way to air your views. If you would like to share your
experience of what it's like to be a sibling affected by mental illness,
please contact us at siblings@rethink.org
Give us your feedback and suggestions to help improve the siblings network
Your views are important to us! If you think there are ways in which we can improve this section or you have any suggestions about how we should provide better help and support for siblings, we'd love to hear from you.
