- Rethink run condition management groups which are followed by peer support groups.
- Rethink support workers could highlight times when you are becoming unwell and can help you to work out ways to manage.
- There are Rethink services available for people who have mental health problems and are also trying to deal with issues around drugs or alcohol.
It may be useful to use a telephone helpline when you need to speak to someone urgently.
