Rethink tenancy support workers and floating support workers can visit your home to help you to feel safe. They may speak to your landlord and mediate with other tenants.
- When you are feeling unwell you could benefit from regular calls from a Rethink worker.

- You can join a peer support group
- Rethink can train you to work as a volunteer Peer Support Worker and this could lead to paid work in Health and Social Care.
Rethink can run a support group to help people who are accessing paid work after a long period of illness.
- You are welcome to get involved in Rethink services: on a planning group, helping to deliver services, advising on whether services could be improved.

- Mental Health Recovery Workers can help you to build the skills to meet people and form relationships
- Rethink will thoroughly involve you in shaping Rethink services
- There is the opportunity to visit Rethink services to act as an Auditor
Rethink can provide you with an advocacy service and a mediation service to help when you don’t feel listened to.

I need to be able to plan and work towards a future
- You can get support in planning how to use your personal budget, either from Rethink support workers or from a Support Broker.
You can ask a Rethink support worker to help you to plan your future and to work towards it by: accessing dating websites, looking at how you manage your time, doing a volunteer placement and training towards work.
- Rethink Employment Support can help you to get back into work and support you to manage the stress.
