    • Travelling by busYou will get a greater feeling of wellbeing when you get out and about.  Support workers can help you to handle going to the pub, visiting relatives, attending a volunteer placement, joining a community group eg. The Women’s Institute, a faith group, a Rambling group, going to driving lessons, joining in with the lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender scene, joining a disability group or joining a library.

    • You may be able to join with others to operate your own social enterprise.  Rethink can support you and help you to gain the necessary skills.
