With the end of another busy year approaching, we're getting ready for our first sibling workshops and meeting with some of you to set up new support groups in your local areas.

We've heard from so many of you, who have joined us on the forum, in groups, and shared your stories on the website and it's great to see our network grow.

This month, we'd like your help to reach even more siblings. Whether you have a few minutes to spare, or want to get more involved with the project, we're always glad to hear from you.

We're giving away a signed copy of Molly McCloskey's moving sibling memoir Circles around the Sun.

Do you want to help other siblings by sharing your story with the siblings network?

We're inviting people to tell us their story by video, blog, or to take part in our sibling podcast sessions where we will be exploring the different emotions and feelings siblings go through and how to manage them.

So many siblings have told us how glad they were to find us, but there are many more who haven't.

We want to help as many people as we can and we need your help to promote us. You can do this in many ways:

• Tell your friends and family about our website and support groups.
• Order some leaflets and fliers from us and take them to your local GP or mental health ward.
• Help spread the word to professionals about our programme for young siblings aged 14-18 and 19-25. It's FREE and will provide much-needed help to younger siblings.

There are plenty of other ways you can get involved too, from volunteering with our young people's team to taking part in valuable research.
