What if my CPA care plan isn't satisfactory?
You may feel that the assessment has not covered all your needs or you may feel that your care plan doesn’t include enough support.

It’s a good idea to send a copy of this letter to other influential people in the community – for example, your MP or your local councillors. You will need to contact your local council and give your address to find out your local councillors’ names.
