Samaritans 

Samaritans provide telephone, letter and email emotional and practical support. Their volunteers are trained in supporting individuals who feel suicidal.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM)

CALM (The Campaign Against Living Miserably) is a campaign to raise awareness of depression in young men between 15 and 35. It has a free helpline offering support, advice and information to young men who need someone to talk to.

PAPYRUS

PAPYRUS (prevention of young suicide) is organisation that aims to prevent suicide in young people and to promote mental health. It can offer advice if you are worried about a young person who might be suicidal.

Survivors of Bereavment by Suicide (SOBS)

Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide provide emotional support to relatives and friends who have lost a loved one to suicide (local groups and telephone support).
