Service evaluation and outcomes
We evaluate services both within Rethink Mental Illness and in the statutory sector, ensuring that the concerns of service users and carers are heard.
We make sure that the services meet the needs of the people using them and provide value for money. We do this by critically examining mental health services in the UK. We also work with our own services to identify 'best practice' and develop ways of capturing outcomes that show how services are impacting on people's lives.
