Rethink publications can now be ordered via the Mental Health Shop
The Mental Health Shop is a new joint venture between Rethink and Mental Health Media. It aims to provide a one-stop-shop for information on mental health issues with products (books, leaflets, DVDs, videos etc) from Rethink and other organisations.- You can now order Rethink publications and other products on mental health from the Mental Health Shop website at www.mentalhealthshop.org.

Rethink members receive a 25% discount on Rethink publications they buy from the Mental Health Shop. You can order publications by phone and still receive your 25% discount by calling 0845 456 0455.
Rethink staff receive a 50% discount on Rethink publictions if they are using the products they order to help them carry out their job of helping people experiencing mental health problems recover a better quality of life. Details of how to obtain the staff discount can be found on the Staff Website.
Existing members can obtain their discount code for use at www.mentalhealthshop.org by logging into the Members' area (see instuctions on how to log into the members area below) or alternatively, please call 0845 456 0455.
How members can access the Rethink online member's area to find out the members discount code
If you are already a member of Rethink you need to follow the following stages to access the member's area. The member's area is a password protected section of this site in which you will find all sorts of useful and informative information aimed at members.
- Firstly, you need to set up a My Rethink account, to do this visit My Rethink and follow the instructions on setting up an account.
- Secondly, before you can access your My Rethink account you need to confirm your account application by clicking on the confirmation link that will be emailed to you.
- You can then log back into your My Rethink account, using the email and password you registered for the account with.
- Click on the 'Upgrade to a member's account', this can be found under the Your account option in the central column.
- In the 'Upgrade to a member's account' area you are asked to provide two pieces of information, firstly your membership number (you will receive this number shortly after you join Rethink) and secondly your postcode. You then click submit.
- After your membership details have been checked you will then be given access to the members' area (there is also a link to members at the very bottom of every page). You will be sent an email to confirm you have been upgraded to membership status in your My Rethink account.
- You will then be able to find the discount code in order to receive a member's discount on Rethink publications along with having access to all the information in the member's area.
