Reconnect Floating Support - North Somerset

Reconnect poster green Rethink Reconnect Floating Support service provides housing related floating support to individuals with dementia, or older people with dementia or memory problems, to assist them to develop or maintain their independence and quality of life within the community.

Between 5 and 10 hours support is provided per person per week, usually in the person's own home.

Support is tailored to the needs of the individual but might include housing issues, budgeting, life skills and improving social networks.

This service is offered free of charge to people living in North Somerset. A similar service is also available in Somerset and Bournemouth.
