Community opportunities service offering:
Wellness Recovery Action Plan workshop;
Women's group - 1 x per fortnight;
Walking group - 1 x per week;
Relaxation group - 1 x per week + course available;
Swimming group - 1 x per week;
Pottery - 1 x per week;
Open session/drop-in - 2 x per week;
One-to-one support;
Pre-discharge/moving-on course.

Also Outreach Support; Employment and Development; and other Personal Development Courses.
