Our services

Rethink is the largest national voluntary sector provider of mental health services with 340 services and more than 130 support groups. We help over 48,000 people every year through our services, support groups and by providing information on mental health problems.

Services

Our wide range of services includes advocacy, carer supportcommunity support, employment and training, helplineshousing, nursing and residential care and services dedicated to black and minority ethnic communities. The support we offer spans high care and long-term care through to practical help and advice.

We place the people who use our services at the centre of our service delivery. We provide high quality services that are carefully planned, managed and monitored and we support the people who use our services towards achieving their potential.

We rigorously examine our services to find better approaches to their provision, and we explore innovative and imaginative strategies for developing and delivering services that build new partnerships and ways of working with people with severe mental illness and other mental health problems.

My experience of using Rethink services… has been excellent. I feel well supported by staff who always have time to listen and I’m never rushed or made to feel that I am taking up too much time.
