Health in Mind

girl climbing rock steps cut into hill Health in Mind is a service to help people with common mental health problems gain quick access to evidence based talking therapy.It is part of a government initiative to improve access to psychological therapies and is commissioned by the local primary care trust.

The service is a partnership between Rethink Mental Illness, Colchester Mind and North Essex Foundation Partnership Trust (NEFPT). However, it will link in with all the other services in North East Essex both voluntary and statutory.
