It's time to talk, it's Time to Change
Launched on 21st March, 'it's time to talk, it's Time to Change' is Time to Change's new campaign for 2011. We want to tackle the awkwardness people feel in talking about mental health problems and start and support conversations about mental health across England. A wide range of activities will be happening throughout 2011 to get the public talking, including national advertising, local events, and support for individuals and organisations to get involved across England.
"If my friends hadn't talked about it, I wouldn't be alive today. My friends helped me to see things from difference perspectives and that helped me to get better and stay healthy and happy".
Steve, London
