Rethink in Northern Ireland provide numerous mental health services to the people of Northern Ireland. There is also a special Northern Ireland membership scheme and media volunteers scheme.

- Why not come along to the Open Your Mind Mental Health Fair which will take place from 21st April - 24th April in the Students Union at Queens University, Belfast between 10am and 4 pm. Open Your Mind is a five-year peer-led mental health project, which has been funded by the Big Lottery Fund. NUS-USI and Rethink NI jointly manage the project.

Northern Ireland anti-stigma campaign
During January 15th to February 12th 2007 a Northern Ireland anti-stigma campaign took place.
From January 15th – February 12th 2007 the campaign featured TV, outdoor and bus advertising combined with extensive PR, lots of local activities and events. An important feature of the campaign was the involvement of mental health service users and carers. A number of service users were trained as media volunteers and shared their stories and experiences through the media.- Top standard achievement for Rethink
Rethink is the first of two organisations in Northern Ireland to achieve the Investing in Volunteers UK national quality standard for volunteer management.
