Contact usLocal solutions

We work in regional teams across England and Northern Ireland. Our regional teams understand the needs of their own areas and can work with commissioners to develop and deliver services that offer the best solutions for their local requirements.

Professional infrastructure

Commissioners who work with us benefit from the infrastructure, professional backing and influence of a large organisation. This includes support for our local services, training for staff, core values of equality and diversity and working with government to create positive policy changes across health and social care.

Innovative approach

We are always looking for new ways to tackle old problems and aim to offer innovative services that break the mould of mental health service provision. We continually review our services to ensure they deliver what those who use our services and commissioners want.

Thumbs upHigh quality services

We place enormous emphasis on quality and constantly strive to improve our services. We monitor our services to ensure they offer the highest quality and they meet the needs of those who use our services and our commissioners.

Evidence based services

So that we and our commissioners understand what is effective, our research team works with people who use our services and staff to collate evidence about our services. Our research also helps shape national mental health policy.

Service and clinical governance

Our service governance programme provides a framework which enables us to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our service delivery. A comprehensive range of policies and procedures include individual and organisational risk management and environmental health and safety, and this is underpinned by workforce development.
Working in partnership

We have a strong track record of developing and delivering services in partnership with commissioners, government, the statutory sector, voluntary organisations and other providers. They allow us to work with diverse client groups and to provide effective pathways of care in local areas with statutory services.
