There are many different ways that you can get in touch with your MP, by phone, e-mail or by writing a letter.

Find your MP

Big Ben and the Houses of ParliamentYou can find your MP by entering your postcode on the Parliament website. Alternatively you can ring 020 7219 4272 and the House of Commons Information Office will be able to tell you who your MP is.

Call your MP

TelephoneOnce you know your MP's name you can call their Westminster office. Just dial 020 7219 3000 and ask to be put through.

Write to your MP

Hands on deskIf you have got an issue that you want to make your MP aware of, or questions that you want answered, then you can write to your MP.

E-mail your MP

Computer TrainingYou can e-mail your MP through the Parliament website. Just find your MP's name and click to e-mail them.
