Taking part is easy! 

Fill in the form below, and we'll send you a quiz pack with everything you'll need to run your own quiz. We'll even send you all the questions, which cover a range of topics, a scorecard, posters and invites to promote your quiz and forms to help you send in the money raised. 

Then all you have to do is follow 6 simple steps:

1. Pick a time and place

Hold your quiz on a day and time that suits you best.

2. Find a venue

It could be in your local pub, a hotel, community centre, local school or place of worship - or even your home!  Just remember to get permission from the owner.

3. Spread the word

Email your friends, family, work colleagues and neighbours. If you're on Facebook and Twitter, post up messages to get people interested. You can also use our posters and invites to promote your quiz.

4. Arrange prizes

You could ask local business or your employer to donate a prize, or if you're holding your quiz in a local pub, why not ask them to donate a round of drinks as a prize!

Don't forget Rethink also has prizes to award to the groups who raise the most for us - this year, make sure it's you!

5. Charge a set price

We recommend each player pays between £5-£10 to take part but price the quiz to suit your player's pockets!

6. After the event

Collect all the entrance fees together and anything else you've raised and send it with a donation form to Rethink - and don't forget to let us know how it went.
