Membership, donations and publications
Rethink reserves the right to vary any membership fees and the prices of any goods or services listed without notice. Rethink reserves the right to refuse to accept any membership or donation and to refuse to supply goods or services to any individual.
Rethink will not usually refund any membership payment or donation. Refunds may be granted at the discretion of the charity. Donations made via direct debit are covered by the direct debit guarantee (see below). To enquire about a refund for membership, email us at supportercare@rethink.org or call us on 0845 456 0455. For publications email us on publications@rethink.org or call 0845 456 0455.
Although the Rethink website uses encryption security software in areas where on-line payment details are accepted, the security of information and payments transmitted via the internet cannot be guaranteed. Any loss incurred or sustained by you when transmitting information by means of email or other internet links shall be borne solely and exclusively by you and in no event shall any such loss in whole or in part be borne by Rethink or its agents.
