There is a good business and social case to want to reduce the impact of mental health conditions. In the UK 20-30% of absences from work are related to mental health issues. Rethink will work with you to help you to address mental health issues in your company.
We can work with your company to raise mental health awareness of, reduce prejudice to and remove fear of, mental illness within the workplace. This would include: information packs for line managers and employees, a mental health awareness week, leaflets on five simple ways to look after your mental health every day and signposting employees where to get help or get additional information. We can also develop tailored training courses for HR staff, line managers and employees in your company to increase mental health awareness and promote positive behaviour towards colleagues who choose to disclose their mental health problems, with particular emphasis on reducing stigma.

Employees will fill these in and then send to payroll.
