What's Gift Aid?
The value of your gift to Rethink can be increased by 28% through tax effective giving (Gift Aid). For every £1 you donate the Inland Revenue will top it up to £1.28.
To make a tax effective gift, you need to have a Gift Aid Declaration. However, you must be a UK tax-payer to allow us to claim the tax back on your donations.

Giving through your payroll
You can give to any charity in the UK tax free, straight from your pay packet you will you not pay tax on the amount you give.
Simply ask your payroll department to set up a donation via payroll giving to Rethink. They will then do the rest and your donation will reach us every month direct from your pay packet before it is affected by income tax.
