Good humoured, confessional, raw, honest and in parts shocking, Steve's personal account of breakdown challenges common perceptions of mental health. 
 
Based on his book, Fast Train Approaching… Steve will tell his story in a poetic and open way at the Brighton Festival Fringe.

"It all began when I discovered something strange and crunchy in my cappuccino!"

Steve says: "My vision is one of mental ill health being discussed freely in every part of the country, over coffee, over a pint, without stigma, judgement or gossip."
