The dual diagnosis Networking Tool consists of two elements - a poster and suggestions booklet.

Encourage your team members to write details of their contacts at organisations that could help in the provision of information or support for your services. There are some brief prompts at the bottom of the poster that we hope will give you some ideas about relevant options.

This expands upon the prompts given in the poster and offers suggestions for mapping services along with contact details for some relevant national organisations.
