- Managed by Rethink, our high-volume service will help people tackle issues which impact on their health and general well-being. It will focus on areas like relationships and employment, as well as providing signposting so people can access other help and support. The service will be run in partnership with the local PCT, MIND, The North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and GP surgeries, with additional support from the University of York and Anglia Ruskin University. They’ll work with Rethink on clinical and workforce development.
- In this challenging role, you will provide operational support to low intensity case workers in terms of supervision and appraisal and liaise with GP Practices to ensure patient information is communicated effectively. You will build and sustain working partnerships with the wider network and key stakeholders (voluntary, statutory and independent sectors) in order to make the service more accessible. Identifying community based locations to improve patient accessibility and helping to maintain good working relationships will be an important part of your job. Ensuring that key stakeholders and our partners are informed and updated regularly about key information relating to service development is essential, as is the maintenance of effective staff relationships and the monitoring and reviewing of the service, giving regular feedback to funders. As you can see, effective communication skills are a must!
