Lynsey's Blog

I'm Lynsey, I have suffered with severe depression since I was a young child. My latest diagnosis at the age of 23 is major depressive disorder and social phobia.

I have struggled through my life so far wearing the best mask I could construct to cover up the despair I feel deep within every single day.

I am finally choosing to be honest with myself and others about my illness and I am currently slowly but surely recovering and starting to rebuild my life; swimming, pilates, yoga and meditation are my weapons of choice. 

My passion lies in design, illustration and photography. I absolutely adore my kitten Lottie and I love reading, climbing trees and a good cup of tea.
