Meet a Mum Association [www]
By attending a local MAMA group, mums become part of a network of women wanting to make new friends and support each other through good times and bad. This helps alleviate the feelings of isolation and loneliness often experienced by new mothers which can sometimes lead to, or be part of, postnatal illness.
