Rethink general enquiries

The service provides the organisation with one contact point for both internal and external callers trying to contact Rethink throughout the country. Staff deal directly with callers on issues around publicity, membership and job application forms and can easily transfer calls to more specialised staff and services throughout the organisation.

Saneline

A national out-of-hours helpline which provides support and information to anyone coping with mental illness.
Opening hours: everyday 2pm - midnight. Lo-call number.

Young Minds

Parents information telephone service.  The website is targeted at 16-25 year olds worried about their own or a friends mental health.
Opening hours:
Monday: 10am - 1pm
Tuesday: 1pm -4pm
Wednesday: 1pm - 8pm

Friday 10am - 1pm

Rethink national advice service

Provides support to people with severe mental illness, their families and carers.

Provides support and advice for people with manic depression, their families and carers.
