Rethink general enquiries

The service provides the organisation with one contact point for both internal and external callers trying to contact Rethink throughout the country. Staff deal directly with callers on issues around publicity, membership and job application forms and can easily transfer calls to more specialised staff and services throughout the organisation.

Saneline

A national out-of-hours helpline which provides support and information to anyone coping with mental illness.
Opening hours: everyday 6pm - 11pm Tel: 0845 767 8000.

Young Minds

The website is targeted at 16-25 year olds worried about their own or a friends mental health.

MDF The Bipolar Organisation

Website provides information on bipolar disorder and details of self help groups for those with bipolar disorder, and their friends and family. Run an advice line for members of the organisations.
