Our mental health information is throughout this website - browse and search for what you want to know.

We also have lots of free, printable resources - PDF factsheets of our information.

All our health and social care information is accredited by the Information Standard. Our PDF factsheets tell you where we get our information from.

We cannot give emergency help - if you need help right now, use our list of mental health crisis & emotional support contacts. We cannot usually advise on laws outside England.
